As a psychotherapist and registered social worker, I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges, heal from past wounds, and build stronger, more connected relationships. I believe that every relationship—whether romantic or familial—has the potential for growth, healing, and renewal. My approach is grounded in compassion, understanding, and a deep commitment to supporting individuals and relational systems in achieving healthier, more fulfilling connections. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered.
At the heart of my practice is my own lived experience in my personal relationships- I believe that strong, positive relationships are the foundation of personal and collective well-being. I understand that every couple and family is unique, with its history, dynamics, and challenges. I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on various evidence-based techniques, such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and systems-based interventions, to tailor my work to your specific needs and goals.
Also, I have 17 years of work experience and knowledge in education supporting youth and families with school absenteeism and refusal and mental health for school success.
Whether you are a couple struggling with communication and conflict issues, a family navigating conflict or transitions, or an individual with mental health or relationship issues, I can help. I can guide you through the process with empathy and support. Together, we will work toward improving communication, resolving conflicts, fostering deeper emotional intimacy, and more resilient connections that bring joy, fulfillment, and harmony into your life.
I am here to walk with you on your journey.
