My name is Kassidy, I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in good standing with the CRPO and a member of the CCPA.

In my work with youth (12+) and adult individuals, I understand that sometimes life can throw us off balance. I am here to support you every step of the way towards regaining a more balanced life.

Whether you’re grappling with stress, anxiety, depression, or trauma, my goal is to provide a nurturing space where you can heal, grow, and thrive.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, non-judgmental, and client centered. I believe that each person has unique strengths and resources that can be utilized to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Drawing from various therapeutic modalities, including dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based techniques, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), I tailor my interventions to meet the specific needs and preferences of each individual.

I am eager to work with those who identify as 2SLGBTQIA+ and those who identify as non-binary/fluid/exploring in their gender identities.  I welcome all faiths/traditions/orientations/lifestyles!
