Navigating life’s challenges and embracing personal growth is a courageous journey, and I am here to extend a supportive hand as you take those initial steps.

I support adults with a wide variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, body dysmorphia, emotion regulation, and trauma. I will help you on your journey of personal growth, improved relationships, and healing.

I take an empathetic and collaborative approach. Together we will work towards enhancing your coping mechanisms, building resilience, and reducing harmful thoughts and behaviours.

I offer EMDR therapy to address trauma and other mental health issues. My method is collaborative and strengths-focused, aiming to help you reach your goals. I strive to create a supportive space where you can discuss your concerns, gain valuable insights, and develop effective strategies for positive change.

Outside of work, I am an avid reader, spending much of my free time diving into books across a wide range of genres; I’m a passionate hockey player, and enjoy being physically active in a team setting; I also love to travel, eagerly seeking out diverse cultures and fresh perspectives. These hobbies not only enrich my life but also inspire my approach to problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous learning.
