Welcome! I’m Erika, a Registered Professional Counsellor (Candidate) and MSW student.

My professional journey has been shaped by the diverse life experiences I’ve had. I’ve always been passionate about mental health and supporting others and I aim to blend both my training and experiences to help clients find hope and healing. I’m so glad you’re here and hope to walk alongside you on your journey to healing!

I strongly believe you are the expert in your life and will work with you to reinforce your strengths and learn new skills. I believe in meeting you where you’re at in your journey while offering a person-centred, harm reduction and trauma informed approach.

I have specialized training in eating disorder care, body image issues and body dysmorphia; I believe in anti-diet, weight inclusive care, creating a safe space for you to share your story and feel supported. I also have training to work with those who have experienced trauma and who grew up with family members with narcissism.

Book a free 15-minute consult to see if we may be a good fit!
